The tea in 3

  1. On Kalshi, IShowSpeed has a 66% implied chance of Streamer of the Year and Jynxzi 22%, per Win.gg.
  2. Winners are decided 70% by fan vote and 30% by a panel, Brewtiful reports. Voting closes Oct 31.
  3. None of the five Streamer of the Year nominees is a Kick streamer, though Kick streamers were eligible for the first time.

The Streamer Awards are about three weeks out, and the prediction market already has a favorite. On Kalshi, IShowSpeed has a 66% implied probability of winning Streamer of the Year, according to Win.gg’s Oct 19 look at the category.

Winners are not picked the way most online polls work, so here is the quick guide to how the votes get counted.

What the market thinks

Kalshi is a prediction market where people trade on outcomes, so its price works as a crowd’s best guess of the chance.

66%IShowSpeed on Kalshi
22%Jynxzi
0-1%everyone else, incl. Kai Cenat

Those are market odds, not results. Win.gg’s writer argues Speed is the favorite on the strength of his global IRL following, his FIFA World Cup 2026 coverage and mainstream recognition like Forbes and Complex lists. That is the author’s opinion. Win.gg says a win would be his third in a row.

How the winner is picked

The show was founded by QTCinderella, who hosts. Nominees came from fan voting, and the final result is a weighted blend: fans count for 70% and an industry panel for 30%, according to Brewtiful.

  • Voting: opened Oct 16 and closes Oct 31 on thestreamerawards.com. You need to register or sign in.
  • The ceremony: Thursday, Nov 12, in Los Angeles, streamed on Twitch and YouTube.
  • Categories: Geo.tv counts 37, though outlets differ on the total.

Wikipedia adds that this is the first year Kick streamers are eligible for nominations, and that nominees had to apply in advance to accept.

The five nominees

QTCinderella announced the Streamer of the Year nominees on Oct 16.

  • IShowSpeed (Darren Watkins Jr.), who streams mainly on YouTube
  • Jynxzi (Nicholas Stewart)
  • Joe Bartolozzi
  • CaseOh (Case Dylan Baker)
  • StableRonaldo (Rani Netz)

Win.gg says the other four mainly stream on Twitch.

The Kick gap

Win.gg notes that QTCinderella had said Kick streamers would be featured at this year’s show, but no creator from the platform made the cut for Streamer of the Year. Win.gg does not say why, and the show had not commented in the sources we found.

Fine print

Prediction-market odds move constantly. The numbers above are what Win.gg reported on Oct 19, and the 70/30 split comes from Brewtiful, not from the show itself.

What happens next

Expect two weeks of campaigning from fan bases, since fans decide most of the result. Winners are announced on Nov 12.
