Disney’s first TikTok Shop Super Brand Day starts Nov. 4 with 20+ brands
Marvel, Star Wars and Pixar gifts, plus Old Navy, Crocs and PopSockets, land in one TikTok Shop event, with two items you can only get there first.
The tea in 3
- Disney's first TikTok Shop Super Brand Day runs Nov. 4-10 with more than 20 brands, including Old Navy, Crocs and ColourPop.
- Two items, a Darth on a Hearth collectible and a Loungefly mini backpack, start exclusively on the Disney Store TikTok Shop.
- GlobalData research cited by Marketing Dive says 82% of 18-24-year-olds trust a big brand as much or more on TikTok Shop.
Disney is opening a TikTok Shop storefront for its first Super Brand Day, running Nov. 4-10. According to Marketing Dive, more than 20 brands are in, so if you sell on TikTok Shop this holiday season, you’re about to share the feed with the Mouse.
Tubefilter and Marketing Dive both reported the plan on Oct. 29. Disney Consumer Products’ Liz Shortreed told Marketing Dive the goal is to make discovery “more seamless and relevant to today’s consumer.”
What’s actually on the shelf
Super Brand Days are a TikTok format that mixes ads, creator content and Shop listings into a limited-time sale. TikTok launched the format in 2024. This one is part of Disney’s “Make the Holidays Magic” campaign, which Marketing Dive says will be pushed with paid media and creator storytelling.
The lineup is Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars holiday gifts across home, toys, beauty, fashion and accessories. Marketing Dive lists these partners, each with its own Disney collection: Old Navy, Crocs, Corkcicle, ColourPop, Touchland, Kyte Baby, FHI Heat, Girls Crew and PopSockets.
Two items are exclusive at first: a Darth on a Hearth collectible and a holiday mini backpack from Loungefly. Both go on the Disney Store TikTok Shop before they hit the Disney Store website. Tubefilter adds that other featured items will reach the official store once the event ends.
Why creators should care
Disney’s name carries weight with shoppers. Marketing Dive cites GlobalData research that 67% of U.S. consumers trust a large brand the same or more on TikTok Shop than on another platform. Among 18-24-year-olds, it’s 82%.
The money is already big. Emarketer forecasts U.S. TikTok Shop sales will rise 48% in 2026 to $23.4 billion, per Marketing Dive. Tubefilter reports that U.S. sales topped $500 million on Black Friday weekend alone last year.
Neither outlet says how Disney will pick creators or what they’ll earn. If you sell on TikTok Shop, the visible change is bigger names in the same feed during a peak shopping week.
The Disney-TikTok backstory
This follows an August deal. Marketing Dive says Disney partnered with TikTok on a content-sharing arrangement that pairs Disney’s characters and stories with social creators. Tubefilter describes it as a license letting TikTokers use characters from well-known Disney properties, and notes Disney has been remaking its own apps to look more like TikTok.
Marketing Dive says Sephora and Best Buy both debuted on TikTok Shop this fall, so big retailers keep arriving.
What happens next
The event starts Wednesday, Nov. 4. Black Friday is later this month, and TikTok has leaned on Super Brand Days to drive holiday sales, per Tubefilter. Whether Disney’s debut gets creators more clicks or just more competition for them will show up in the first week of numbers.
