MrBeast’s $300M tops Forbes’ 2026 Top Creators; the top 50 passed $1 billion
Forbes' June 23 list put Dhar Mann second at $65M, and the 50 creators together earned about $1.02 billion, up 20% from last year.
The tea in 3
- Forbes' 2026 Top Creators list has MrBeast at $300 million and Dhar Mann second at $65 million.
- The 50 creators earned about $1.02 billion combined, up 20% from $853 million the year before, per Complex and Tubefilter.
- Forbes calls its figures estimates and ranks on earnings, entrepreneurship and clout, so the order isn't strictly by dollars.
MrBeast earned $300 million over the past year, more than four times anyone else, according to Forbes’ 2026 Top Creators list. Forbes published it on June 23, and the 50 creators on it together made about $1.02 billion.
Forbes’ own page for MrBeast lists the $300M. The rest of the ranking below is as reported by Tubefilter and Complex. Where the two differ, we say so.
The headline numbers
Per Forbes, as quoted by Tubefilter, it’s the first time in the list’s five years that the 50 creators collectively broke the billion-dollar mark. Complex adds that the total is also up 80% from the $570 million on the first list in 2022.
Who’s at the top
These earnings figures match in Tubefilter’s and Complex’s write-ups:
- MrBeast: $300M
- Dhar Mann: $65M
- Steven Bartlett: $52M
- Markiplier: $38M
- Rhett & Link: $37M
- Codie Sanchez: $31M
- Ms. Rachel: $26M (Complex)
Tubefilter’s top 10 also has IShowSpeed and Mark Rober at $30M each, Druski at $20M and Charli D’Amelio at $18M. Further down, Complex lists Jordan Howlett at $12.4M, Alix Earle at $12M, Ashton Hall at $10M, Tana Mongeau at $8M, Nara Smith at $7.5M and iJustine at $3.4M.
Why the order isn’t just dollars
Look at Tubefilter’s top 10 and you’ll see Charli D’Amelio ($18M) listed sixth, ahead of IShowSpeed ($30M). That’s because Forbes doesn’t rank on earnings alone. Per Tubefilter, it ranks creators on a mix of account earnings, entrepreneurship and clout (follower and engagement ratio), and its revenue figures are estimates. That’s why we give earnings, not rank numbers, past #2.
What Forbes says changed
Forbes credits the jump to a creator industry that “is no longer trying to break into show business, but has become it,” Tubefilter reports. It points to creator-led films like Backrooms and Obsession, creator deals with Netflix and Amazon, new retail brands and production studios, and longer brand partnerships.
MrBeast’s $300M is about 4.6 times Dhar Mann’s $65M (our math). Complex says his business includes YouTube channels with more than 640 million subscribers, a production studio, food ventures and Beast Games on Amazon Prime.
What it means
Look at the highlights Tubefilter lists for the top five: Dhar Mann’s 300-million-plus weekly views and a Fox deal for 40 microdramas, Steven Bartlett’s podcast turned holdings company reportedly worth $425M, and Markiplier’s film Iron Lung, with a reported $50M-plus box office. Forbes’ framing is that the money follows creators who build something they own.
