“MrBeast Lab” is coming back to YouTube with eight new episodes, starting Sunday, Nov. 1. The animated series, made with Beast Industries, Studio Moshi and Moose Toys, also has a new trailer out. TheWrap broke the news on Oct 25.

Together the new episodes bring the show to 100 minutes of total runtime.

Where the story left off

According to TheWrap, the show started in 2025 as a way for MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson) and Beast Industries to test and learn about animation. That first run was ten three-minute shorts, and they pulled more than 55 million views.

The 2D series follows MrBeast and a team of “beasts” brought to life by Pandemonium, the living energy of creativity. By the end of the shorts, the lab had been destroyed and one character had sacrificed himself while the evil Shroud grew stronger. Bubbleblabber says that character is Banana.

With no Lab and the Shroud closing in, the team follows a signal that suggests Banana may not be gone.Press release for the new episodes, as quoted by TheWrap

Bubbleblabber adds the official logline: “Banana gave everything to save his friends. Now he’s calling from the other side, and Panthar will do anything to bring him home. But someone or something else is listening…”

The release schedule

Every episode lands on a weekend. Per TheWrap’s schedule:

  1. Episode 1
  2. Episode 2
  3. Episode 3
  4. Episode 4
  5. Episode 5
  6. Episode 6
  7. Episode 7 (a Saturday)
  8. Episode 8
8new episodes
100 mintotal runtime
55M+views on the first ten shorts

Who is making it

MrBeast created the series. Ben Bjelajac and Michael Cruz are the showrunners, and they write alongside Jameel Saleem, Lillian Yu, Conor Hanney, Charley Feldman and Daniel Kibblesmith. Mike Roberts, who directed the first run, comes back as a consulting producer. Studio Moshi handles the animation, and Beast Industries and Moose Toys produced it.

Bubbleblabber describes the project as bringing the lore of “the popular toy line and multimedia universe” to screens. So this is a YouTube-first show built around a toy brand, and it has a real release calendar.

Why it matters

A test of ten tiny shorts became a full series on the same platform where MrBeast built his audience. Bubbleblabber’s framing is that the pilot’s success is what moved it forward.

What happens next

Episode 1 goes up Nov 1, and the rest follow weekly through Dec 13. Whether Banana is really alive is the question the trailer leaves hanging.
