TikTok Shop’s Q4 2026, explained: what sold last holiday and how creators get paid

Black Friday is Nov 27. Per analytics firm FastMoss, Q4 2025's top 10 products did about $108.8M, and a 5% cut on a $600 item can beat 25% on a $15 one.

The tea in 3

  1. TikTok Shop US hit $15.82B in 2025 sales, up 108%, per FastMoss citing EMARKETER, which forecasts 2026 above $20B.
  2. Per FastMoss, Q4 2025's top 10 products combined for about $108.8M, led by a $93 medicube skincare set at roughly $24.7M.
  3. FastMoss, an analytics vendor, argues creators compare absolute payouts: 5% of a $600 item pays $30, more than 25% of $15.

TikTok Shop’s holiday season is already underway. SocialPilot’s October trend list says TikTok Shop is pushing its Black Friday tag weeks early, with creators posting early product demos under #TikTokShopBlackFriday. Black Friday falls on Nov 27, according to a FastMoss Q4 data report. Here is what the numbers say about the money.

One caution: nearly every number below comes from FastMoss, a company that sells TikTok Shop analytics and promotes its own platform in the report. Its product data covers only top-20 monthly rankings, and the report was last updated in August 2026. SocialPilot is also a software vendor. Treat all of it as a useful read, not gospel.

The size of the thing

$15.82BUS sales in 2025

18.2%of US social commerce

Those figures are FastMoss’s, citing EMARKETER, which forecasts 2026 above $20B. TikTok Shop launched in the U.S. in September 2023, according to Wikipedia, which also cites more than 215,000 small businesses selling on the platform.

What sold last Q4

The top 10 products of Q4 2025 combined for about $108.8M. A $93 medicube skincare set led with about $24.7M on 130,032 units, followed by Toplux Magnesium (about $15.5M), PetPivot’s self-cleaning litter box (about $13.2M) and The Original Magic Fleece Lined Leggings (about $9.0M).

The categories with the strongest holiday lift were Toys & Hobbies, Home Supplies, Menswear & Underwear, Computers & Office, Kitchenware, Shoes and Fashion Accessories. Toys had December volume 4.36 times January’s.

How creators get paid

Through TikTok Shop’s Creator Affiliate Program, creators are matched with sellers and make shoppable content for commission-based opportunities, per Wikipedia. FastMoss lists commission rates for its top 10 products, from 5% to 25%, and makes a sharp point about the math.

FastMoss argues creators compare absolute payouts, not percentages: 5% on a $600 item pays $30, more than 25% on a $15 supplement, which pays about $3.75.

It also found that creator count didn’t predict durability. medicube had about 31,780 linked creators, while an electric bike priced around $600 held a top-20 spot for three months with only 513. Only 6 of 37 legitimate Q4 winners stayed in the top 20 all three months.

Translation: a viral month is easy. Staying on the list is hard.

What to watch

Why it matters

If you’re a creator, the best Black Friday play may be a pricey item with a small percentage, not a cheap one with a big percentage.
